一、《黑龙江统计年鉴—2022》是一部全面反映黑龙江省经济和社会发展状况的资料性工具书。本书系统收录了全省及各市(地)、县2021年经济和社会各方面的统计数据,以及历史重要年份的主要统计数据。 二、全书共分20个部分:1.综合;2.人口、就业人员和工资;3.国民经济核算;4.价格指数;5.人民生活;6.财政、金融和保险;7.资源与环境;8.能源;9.固定资产投资;10.对外经济贸易;11.农业;12.工业;13.建筑业;14.住房和房地产;15.国内贸易和旅游业;16.运输和邮电;17.教育与科技;18.文化、体育、卫生和社会服务;19.城市概况;附录、各县、市主要指标(2021年)。各部分均附有主要统计指标解释。 三、资料中使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准的计量单位。 四、本年鉴的资料大部分来自年度统计报表,部分数据来自抽样调查和专业部门年报,部分专业历史数据和资料来源口径有调整,请留意表中注释。 五、附录中的县域经济指标为各县(市)上报数,未做逐级核对,仅供参考。 六、由于数据来源和计算方法不同,一些指标分地区数据相加不等于全省数,请使用时注意。部分合计数或相对数因单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差均未做调整。 七、本年鉴中的符号使用说明:“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不详或无该项数据,数据不足本表最小单位数;“#”表示其中主要项。 Ⅰ.Heilongjiang Statistical Yearbook—2022 is an annual statistics publication,which covers very comprehensive data in 2021 and some selected data series in historically important years at provincial levels and local levels of cities,regions,and counties directly under the provincial government and therefore,reflects various aspects of social and economic development of Heilongjiang. Ⅲ.The units of measurement used in this book are internationally standard measurement units. Ⅳ.The major data sources of this publication are obtained from annual statistical reports,and some from sample surveys and professional departments.Statistical coverage of some professionalhistorical data has adjusted.Please attention to explanatory notes in charts. Ⅴ.Some statistical data gathering from regions are not the same as total of province.Please attention to use.Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this yearbook. Ⅵ.Economic indicators in appendix are statistical data of county.The data are not checked from level.It is reference only.
